Heather Smullen is a licensed horse trainer with over two decades of experience in the racing industry. She has worked as a long-term assistant to Ralph Nicks and Barclay Tagg before earning her own training license in 2024. In addition to training, she has owned and bred her own horses, bringing a well-rounded perspective to the industry. She is committed to supporting the long-term sustainability of Florida racing through collaboration and open communication.
